Sean Paulsen is a film composer, producer, and multi-instrumentalist from New York. His music has been featured at SXSW, The Philadelphia Film Festival, and a number of international festivals.

In January, Sean finished scoring, “A Lesson with John,” a short comedy starring tennis legend John McEnroe that was featured on FunnyOrDie.com. As of March, the censored and uncensored versions received more than 38,000 views combined.

In March, Sean scored “The Loop“, a short web series presented by Subway and featured on both IFC.com and MyDamnChannel.com. In their first week on MyDamnChannel.com, the three episodes were viewed more than 105,600 times.

Sean is active in the indie rock and electro scenes, and he released an EP of electro-pop songs in November 2011. That same month, “It’s Not Casual” (a track off the EP) won “The Untz Challenge II,” a contest hosted by the popular electro site, TheUntz.com.

Currently, Sean is working on a new album and is scoring “The Cold Equations,”a sci-fi film, to be released later this year.
